math problem

my teacher explaining a problem to us i wasn
t paying attention i have the answer but i don
t know how to get it
using the sum and difference sin of 15 is 1/4(radical6-radical2) can anyoen help ?

I'm assuming those are in degrees. No one uses degrees.
You'll want to use a half-angle theorem (sin (x/2)=[whatever]), using x=30 degrees or pi/6
