Math Readiness question

I'm aware to enroll in the Engineering school that you need a 560 on the SAT Math I subject test or 530 on the SAT Math II, and I'm taking the subject test the 26th of this month.

UT's website states that I can still go through the admissions process with a 26 on the math portion of my ACT until I enroll.

On my first ACT (10/05) I have a 27 in math but a 26 composite.
On my newest ACT (10/07) I have a 24 in math but a 30 composite.

Can I still submit the older score along with my newer one to meet the math readiness requirement for admission until I'm able to submit my SAT Subject test score?

I called admissions today. They will use my 30 composite for the normal admissions review and use the older ACT to get me through the school of engineering's admission.
