math sat 10/4 quick question - three circle and the trapezoid

see the answer is 20. told ya guys -.-

I'm remembering 20.

umm. the trapezoid is split into 3 equaliteral triangles making it simply 20.

Yep.. I got the answer 20 through the logical method of guessing

^ LOL logical method of guessing.
i hope it's 20. this problem was so easy that it was hard. just looking at it it just seems so right to be 20. i kept on doubting myself and was hesitant to put 20 but i had no idea how to approach it differently so i just left it as 20.

The worst part of this question was that it was towards the middle, leading most people to hesitate about putting the obvious answer of 20.

Imagine if they put this question at the end; people would be freaking out left and right that this was a trick question.

^ agree,i would fall for it (a very big probability) if it's one of the last Qs....

yeah i put down 16 + 2 root 3
20 seemed too obvious and easy...

^I'm sorry :(

Well.. I asked this math genius at my school. (800 M, 800 M2)
He said 20.

that barely alleviates my worries. lol

Answer's 20.

I put 16+4root2

I crossed out 20 the second i saw it. Lol.
*********.

It's the beginning of rebellion.

Is ThisCouldBeHeavn's picture about the same one on the problem? I can't exactly remember.

It's 20.
I'm sure.
I got 800 MII and 800 on SATI Math.
