Math schools

First of all, my unweighted gpa is ~3.7, but it shows definite improvement from year to year, so that might help. I took/am taking all the available AP classes, and am currently taking all available honors courses, but freshman / sophomore year that was a bit worse, with slow improvement year by year.
My SAT's are 2140 (770 CR, 780 M, 590 W), but I hope to improve the writing on the oct. SAT. SAT II's are 800 math 2, and 590 us hist (I know that sucks).
I have essentially no significant extracurriculars.
I'm wondering what level of mathematics undergraduate program I stand a chance of getting into is. Are there any good math schools that tend to overlook extracurriculars?
In short I'm wondering where I can get in with a decent GPA and miserable extracurriculars, and hopefully a pretty good SAT score.
My current thoughts are some UC schools as I'm a california resident, (UCSD, maybe UCBerkeley as a stretch?)
Any thoughts?
Thank you!

You have a great SAT score. The good news is that UCs only look at sophomore and junior grades for core subjects (look at the universityofcalifornia.edu website for details on how to calculate).

You have a good chance at the UCs despite lack of ECs. Write a compelling, interesting essay.

BTW, Berkeley has the best math dept (at least in the UC system)…;)

Good luck.
