Math/Science or honors???

I have taken 5 years of science and four of math (Calc, Physics, CHem, A/P included) and honors English and History, and I have basically run out of things to take at my school. I can either take Calc 2 and a science class at the college nearby or continue with my honors classes. Which would look better? I know Caltech and MIT relaly want to see my passion for math and science (it is what I want to go into) but I don’t want to ruin my chances at other schools that don’t place such an emphasis on math and science.
These are the schools I am thinking about:
Caltech
MIT
Princeton
UCB
UWash
UChicago
Carnegie Mellon
HArvey Mudd
Swarthmore
Amherst
JHU

do what you are passionate about and let the chips fall where they may

thanks... I am just a bit worried about not getting accepted...
