Math/science scores too low for MIT?

Here are my highest math and science scores:
ACT: science-34, math-31 (composite 32)
SAT IIs: math II and chemistry are both 750s
AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP Physics 1, and AP Statistics are all 4s, and I’m currently taking AP PhysicsC and AP Calculus B/C as a senior.
I’m applying early action to MIT and early decision to either University of Pennsylvania or Johns Hopkins. My question is, based off my current math and science scores, should I retake either subject tests or the ACT? I already took the ACT many times and if I were to retake it, the only section I would try on/study for would be the math. I plan on majoring in biochemistry ultimately doing premed. I’m just not sure whether I should spend the next few weeks studying again for those tests or if I should just focus on my essays. Any comments would help, thank you!

What are your high school grades up to now in math and science?

All of my math and science grades are a 95 or above, and my unweighted GPA is a 97.62. I don’t remember them all exactly, but I can find them if you’d like to know.

If you have time to study and take another exam I would say that you should retake the ACT.

I’d focus on those other schools. Take a look at the admissions stats for MIT. They are available to you (http://mitadmissions.org/apply/process/stats). 4’s in AP would be unusual for an MIT admit. But why MIT? There are tons of other excellent schools for which you would be very competitive for.
