"Hey, tetrahedron, do the college-level classes give you credit, or are they just brief surveys?"

No, the classes won't earn you credit. They are surveys, but not particularly brief. A lot of classes at Mathcamp proceed very quickly, so you'd be surprised to find out how much of a typical, one-semester college class you'd get done.

As tokenadult mentions, the program has no particular structure. You're free to come and go and do whatever you like. None of the classes (or the study sessions) are required. There are about three required one hour assemblies, and you are required to sign in (ie tell a faculty member you're alive) every night. Otherwise, you're completely free.

"If you don't mind saying, what scores did you get on the AMC 10? I know 2 students who are interested in mathcamp for next summer. One is a freshman and one is a sophomore. Neither qualified for the AMC, but both were over 100. Thanks."

I'm not sure what the score minimum to get a brochure is (I know AMC-12 scores over 100 likely got one) but even if they didn't get one, they should still apply.
