Does anybody have any personal experiences that include having a hardtime with math in high school such as level 2 classes and actually went onto college and did decent in calculus ect. This would obviously come with a lot of hard work. I am in the same boat and need some confidence!

I was in a similar boat, although not the same. During my freshman and sophmore year of high school, I did rather poorly in math (took mediocre level classes and barely passed with a low B). This was partially due to me not trying very hard in those classes. After the end of my sophmore year, I realized that I was not doing well and decided to put much more effort in math, which proved to work out. In my junior year, I tried much harder in AP Calculus AB (I was recommended to basic precalc from my last year teacher), got a high A in the class, and got a 5 on the AP Calculus BC exam. Now I am performing rather successfully in my senior year class (multivariable calculus).

So basically, yes it is very possible to perform poorly in high school and do relatively well in college math classes (like I did in college-level math classes), but it does require a considerable amount of effort and stamina.
