I'm applying to Stanford, Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Duke, Berkeley, Cornell and Northwestern, and was wondering whether they would accept Math IIc and Math IC as two subject tests out of the required three, or would I have to sit Literature or French or whatever else I choose to do?

effective with the matriculating class of '06, the UC's will no longer accept Math 1. Most schools only want two subject tests, now, with the new SAT.

fwiw: Subject tests from different disciplines 'look' better, particularly for top schools.

Yupp bluebayou. Someone told me on the MIT forum that Benjones said two math subjects is okay. In your best interest though, I would take different subjects.
