matriculation forms...due date question..

if the deadline is may 20th, the forms have to be received by princeton that day? or is it a postmark deadline??
I already sent in my other form late which was due may 16th...i totally forgot about it and sent it today....it should be ok right?

Hello! I called into admissions today to ask that question...they would like to RECEIVE the forms by the deadline date. I'm sure if you send one of them late it's not really a big deal, though, cause they are probably still receiving them/sorting them, etc.

That's interesting...I sent an e-mail asking about deadlines and somenone from the admission office replied that it's ok if we just postmark the forms before the deadlines

I've met some of these Princeton Admission folks and they are hard people. If the housing forms are late they will put you in a "van by the river".

Relax....You got in! The dates are a guideline that they use otherwise students would send forms (whenever).:)

i think as long as its within a certain time frame of that date its fine

The next due date is June 1 right?
And can the three pictures be the same picture?

"And can the three pictures be the same picture?"

I don't see why not. I actually think it is better to show some consistency on both ID cards and publications.

Okay, so I don't really know, it's just that that's exactly what I did :D

zante, i asked myself the same question, and quite seriously, haha <-- like it would really matter...

it says there : "several copies of a recent photograph" . I'll take it word by word.

It was a bit more difficult to find out what "cellophane tape" means!! :D :D haha

Edit: diana, AR, the difference of deadlines might come from the fact that diana is intl... I mean the RDers here got the package on the 16th :D :D. (and one of the deadlines was then)

Don't worry about the deadlines. Some of them are completely off the mark, such as the medical information one, which says due on June 30th, but in small letters on the third page states you won't get fined unless they get it after the 30th of August.

isn't the medical info one due on June 16? :p

cellophane tape? Haha I knew what that meant but since I didn't have the double sided one I had to improvise so I'm pretty sure the pics will be ruined. Which suits my purpose cuz they were utterly horrible. Muahahahahaha :D

What IS cellophane tape?

Scotch tape? but I guess they didn't want to say the brand name... kind of like a band-aid is actually an adhesive bandage.
