<p>I'm a transfer applicant and have been looking at housing options. The Maximino Commons 4 bedroom apartments look really nice/fun and they will be brand new along with everything else that is supposed to be offered at the Maximino Commons. Are there many of you that are planning to live there in the 2012-2013 school year?</p>
<p>havent heard much about it, do you have any information on it? i’ll be in L&S so im hoping for a closer dorm to Dwinelle</p>
<p>Not living there but as a hall staff I’m excited. It looks really new (not that I’ll be working there). You’re all so lucky.</p>

<p>It’s not worth putting down Martinez, the place is already completely full with Sophomore Regent’s Scholars (who have priority housing assignments) and a long waitlist of upcoming Sophomores like me who already have priority housing over Freshman in Martinez. Freshman don’t waste your time, you’re not getting in.</p>
