Ok so i have a question on the May 1 enrollment day. Like the parameters around that.

If i cant make a decision becasue I am waiting for other financial reports and admission decisions then can I still go back and enroll at the school if I don't get better fin aid anywhere else or don't want to enroll anywhere else.

like what are the rules around the May 1 decision day.

You pay your deposit the school you consider safe by May 1st, and should you get admitted from better schools later on, then you can attend that school.

Yes, if you are on the wait list, you can certainly do that. But for financial purpose, I am not sure you can do that as you should only commit to one school and withdraw from the other ones by May 1. Once you withdrawn, you would not receive further FA information.

If you do not accept and send a deposit to any school that has a May 1 deadline, your enrollment and financial offer is usually cancelled. So no, you can’t go back and take those offers later, they have been given to someone else.

If you accept one school, you are supposed to notify the other schools that you will not be attending. An exception is allowed to remain on any waitlist you are offered. If you get off a waitlist, then you can accept that offer, and immediately inform the old school that you previously accepted that you won’t be attending after all. You will usually lose your enrollment deposit in that case.

First, you accept one school by May 1. Then, you ask to stay on the waitlist for as many schools as you wish. Finally, all other schools should be notified you’re no longer interested. Any school you haven’t contacted by May1 will consider you gave up your spot.

"I plan to appeal at
Washington University at St. Louis
UW Seattle campus. "
Appeal what? a rejection? your FA award?
If the first at Wash U , dont bother.
They WL thousands of students.

^ Since the 2 schools are not on OP’s accepted list, I think it is an appeal for admission decision.
I also don’t think it worth the effort. It is not likely anything will change.
