may 1st coming soon...help me choose!

I am having a hard time choosing between these schools and it would be helpful if anyone had any opinions.
I am going to major in electrical engineering. I am narrowed it down to these schools:

Drexel University
SUNY Binghamton
SUNY at Buffalo (EOP)
Polytechnic Institute of NYU

I would have to dorm in every situation except for Polytech. They have all pretty much left me with about the same money to pay so its pretty even in terms of finances. Can someone please give me some insight on their engineering programs and which one I should go to?

I’m not sure about the other schools you listed, but Drexel has an amazing co-op program, so I’m sure that even if their engineering program isn’t good (but I believe I’ve heard that it is), that you would get a great experience there…

Yea I went there and it seemed that its engineering program was good but the co op experience was just amazing.

I had a friend who went to Drexel and he raved about the coop program. My son wouldn’t consider it because the environment it is in is crummy.

Binghamton is in a rural area. The school is very good and engineering is strong.

Binghamton isn’t in a rural area…

I would go with Drexel. Their co-op program is amazing, and if you are getting a lot of money then it’s definitely worth it. Plus, you make money while on co-op, so you’ll be in a better financial situation when you graduate.
