<p>Hey dudes -- who here started off with a math section...and crit reading were : porcupine lady ; black hole monstrosities ; lady getting married ; + the rabbit picture..etc... STARTED OFF WITH MATH FIRST HMMM...am i the only one here that had that?</p>
<p>Oh, I think I put reticent. Pretty sure. I pretty much guessed on that one :)</p>

<p>how does it work? basically it kills you.</p>
<p>I wish someone could tell you for sure, but no one really knows. I think they try to keep an average somewhere around 500 for each section.</p>
<p>I f'd up math .. so hard ; did well on writing ; and we'll see about critical reading..</p>
<p>it works like an incredibly complex AP stat problem that no one can really figure out</p>

<p>i think the curve is usually a little better though on the may one for the most part...bc people who are really prepared take it in march and dont take the one right after (may) plus a lot of AP students do the may sat IIs so this is ap week</p>
<p>I only REALLY care about Math and Reading, because I got a 710 on writing last time and I doubt I could do better since I am horrible at grammar.</p>

<p>ok writing was def harder, it seemed, than any of my practice tests, or the PSATS (i got an 800 writing on the psats! definitely didnt on this one...)</p>
<p>what was the deal with that antarctica reading...that was so irritating because you couldnt even tell what the person was trying to say!</p>
<p>donjuan-- experimental means it didnt count, and was just a waste of our time and put there to add to the hell of 5-hour SATS</p>
<p>they put an experimental sectoin to try out questions...they dont count in ur score</p>
<p>Well I only had one grid in, and that one started with cutting the cake (the really laughable one), so you can assume safely the other one was experimental.</p>
