MAY 2005 TEST – FORM TWO(math experimental)

yeah score on math section
i had math in section 9 but if you had 3 sentencecorrection/identify error sections then that math section in 9 isnt experimental

darnet lol ..

GRAD06---theyre talking aobut a problem not your score!

did u get 36 for the number of rectangles with sides 3, 2, 1 that can be cut into some area that i forget

700 is the answer to a question....not an sat score

4/9 is the answer to another question

both those question i got wrong too, im retarded

Yes wallyjo, that was the equation for each compensation

x= sales

200+.25x=300+.2x when x=2000

so sales is 2000

plug 2000 back in and you get compensation, 700, which is what they asked for

my bad guys.. brain fart.. apologies greymatter

think so ... 36 rectangles sounds right

no tvnut its 5/9 we are right, look at mjnet's explanation on page 15

TVNUT its 5/9.. 5/9 is the answer

Yes i got 36 for the little triangles

and 5/9 for the sets fo numbers divisible by 5

and its alright wallyjo :)

can someone post all the answers in the grid in section

mjnet doesnt know simple addition...i'll add them up right now

510
511
512
104

thats it...105 and 106 are already used in 512 and 510

thus, 4/9, thats the right answer

seriously...

oh no tv is right aaah

Damnit, i got it wrong, it was grid in though right?

omg tvnut... ITS 5/9

actually im pretty sure that 700 ISNT the answer, 700 equals x, and then you need to plug that back in to get the profit. the answer is 2000

wait, if the question asked how many combos are divisble by 5 than its 5/9, but if it's how many different answers are divisible by 5 than its 4/9..i forget the wording, sry...btw sry mnjet for getting angry

that doesnt matter tvnut, it was what is the PROBABILITY of getting a number divisible by 5, thus it is 5/9
