MAY 2005 TEST – FORM TWO(math experimental)

yea i didnt liek the ufo one at all/ that weird device...they didnt explain waht it was int he 2nd passage and hten i forgot they had mentioned it in the fierst..i eally didnt liek it

what did u guys think of the weird reading passage with the "hunter becoming the hunted"

The alaskan one? There were maybe 2 that were a little confusing, but overall it wasn't that bad.

waht about the passage about mars and venus.

What was the answer to the question from the UFO passage about what would support that guys theory...

It seemed like none of the choices were right.

i dont really remember those questions. do any of you remember a passage about black holes, and what black holes could be compared to? the choices were volcano and rainfall, emissions and airborne particles, and some other stuff. I had not idea. Also, what could the irony in the reporter one be compared to?

Do you remember the choices Ollo?

what were the choices?

Kibitzer, for that one I chose the overfishing caused an increase in smaller organisms, but I'm not confident on it.

kibitzer, i put volcanos and rainfall and the irony one i put the soccer player quitting in midseason, not too sure about these answers tho, they were tough

for the black hole one, i said volcano, but im really not sure about that one at all.

i said the soccer player one too, but im actually pretty sure about that one.

i said the industry producing gas emissions. it was pretty much a complete guess. i hate the questions where they compare two completely different things.

yea i thought it was the soccer player because that was the only one where the person made the actual decision his/herself, just like the reporter did

the reason why i chose volcano is because all the other ones were examples of direct relationships. the volcana one was the only one that didn't fit the mold.

i put the soccer player for that one two. i have no idea for the black hole one though.

I am assuming this was what everyone's test was like here:

1- Essay
2- Math
3- Math (we are assuming this was experimental)
4- Reading
5- Grammar
6- Math
7- Reading
8- 10 min Reading*
9- 10 min Math*
10- Grammar

*I cant remember which of the two was first.

Is this correct?

I think that is the exact setup of my test.

Yes, except it was a 20 min reading and 20 min math

i thought the volcano one was good, but i penciled in the industry one and didnt feel like changing it. i wonder if anyone knows for sure.
