anyone know of a good comprehensive formula/eqn list online? Preferably not pdf format.

open to the back (or front) of your math book…all the equations you need is there

Being in AB Calc puts me at a slight disadvantage since I had to review all my Pre-Calc stuff. :p

Yes, I really wish that I had prepared a little bit before I took it last year so that I would not have to refresh on everything tomorrow.

How do you do a linear regression with your calculator?

And I accidentally deleted the pre-installed apps on my TI-84. Is there any way I could get those back? Not so much the math apps, but the ever addicting Puzzle Pack :)

^Sup silverturtle…

silverturtle, isn’t it bad to study the day before an SAT test? Alot of people have told me this, since it can make you forget everything during the test and cause you to get nervous or something. Or perhaps you’re too smart lol

For the SAT, I did two short sections (about 45 minutes total) the night before, and I think that worked well. For Subject Tests, I don’t see any problem in doing a couple the night before as long as you don’t stay up late to do it.

I just finished the test from the official book. Though I pulled off an 800 (barely), I felt rusty during it.

Is anyone else taking it as a placement test? I am no where near ya’lls level of intelligence and I will be happy if I get what I need to place into the class I want. I need a 520 in either Math tests (I’m taking both). I just took the blue book Math I test and I got a 510 -headdesk-

Yes I know that is pitiful but me and math just don’t get along. :/

I did three tests today to get back in the pre-calculus mood. I wish that they had gone better, but I think I can come out with an 800 tomorrow; if not, there’s always June. In order, they were: 41/50, Princeton Review (780); 44/50, College Board 2002 test (800); 45.25/50, College Board 1995 test (800). I think I’ll try a Chemistry test now, as I have never taken a practice one.

I’ve just finished my Barron’s 6th practice test, and got 40.5/50 (41/50)
I hope this is good enough to get an 800 on the real test…

Ah, it’s been three years since I took pre-calc. Let’s see if I can get an 800. Good luck everyone!

I am REALLY hoping they don’t give any parabola questions (the conic sections stuff, not the normal quadratic equations). Can anyone teach me briefly how to find focus, directrix, or the formula based on vertex and line of symmetry?
Good luck to everyone tomorrow…

I took sparknotes and got 28/50. is sparknotes particularly challenging, or should expect a 630ish on the real thing?

^ I haven’t taken a Sparknotes test, but I have heard that they match pretty well with the real thing.

^thanks. good luck tomorrow!

Waiting for embargo to be lifted… good luck to all those who haven’t taken it yet! (:

^ How would you describe its relative difficulty?
