That ought to be interesting…

I’m taking the test on Sunday. I guess I’m ready for math&writing but my vocab isn’t good enough (English is my 3rd language)

I’m freaking out here!! XD

What do you guys do the night before?
Good luck everyone!! :]

I havent prepared at all lol
Like nothing. No practice tests, vocab lists, etc

Basically screwed.

Last time, all I did was freaking out for a moment then going to bed as usual. I did take the vocab list to feel ‘secure’ but the test was a breeze compared to what I’ve expected.

Hope you guys will all do fine!

GOOD LUCk to those on standby-I’ve noticed that a lot of test centers in Korea were filled up earlier than usual :/

Rawr. Let’s do this.

Hm, what is the proper test posture?

I hate getting neck cramps.

Hopefully this is the test…

what are everyones thoughts on what will be easy and what will be hard? (according to other tests)

My completely speculative guess is that May will be a much harder test than both Jan and March. Only speculation though.

At least if the test is extremely hard, the curve will be generous.

If I were to guess difficulty, I would say medium. I rlly dunno though.

I’d prefer a hard test with a nice curve, I think; it’s inevitable that I will make a certain number of mistakes.

I’m starting to stress a bit. I didn’t get nervous at all before my first time taking it (Jan), because I knew I had plenty of chances to retake it, but this time could be my last. I’m 30 points away from being eligible for full scholarships at a few schools instead of 2/3 scholarships - knowing that this performance could mean a difference of $24,000 in tuition over four years makes me feel somewhat pressured. Not even going to think about the fact that it could also be the difference between rejection and acceptance.

But I refuse to get nervous, because I do think I am more likely to do well if I am relaxed.

^ samesies about the curve and test difficulty.

Taking it tomorrow. Last time no matter what. Took the ACT 3 days ago and that was my last time too. Closing out these standardized tests.

what scores are you all hoping for…im looking to do better than i did on my first diagnostic test (760 CR, 740 M, 800 W). i haven’t put in all that much prep but hopefully ill avoid the careless errors i made last time fingers crossed
good luck everyone :)

I got a 2120 first time (700 CR, 670 M, 750W).
My first priority is to get at least a 700 in math. I have an 100% average in math right now in an honors-level course that is between Alg. II and Pre-Calc, math has always been my best subject and I’ve always done well on it on standardized tests, but for some reason I can’t do well on the SATs. But including my two PSATs, math has gone from 610 –> 640 –> 670, so maybe 700 will be next.
Next goal is a 1400 on math and reading. It would be great if I could do that on this test, but if I reach my math goal, I’ll have a 1400 superscored at least.
My other “it would be great if this happened but I don’t actually care that much” goals are at least a 10 on the essay, no questions wrong in writing, and a 2200 overall.

Good luck, everyone!

I am so not ready! And it’s already a bit too late to study. I got a 1980 last time (590CR, 700M, 690W) during the January one, I think. So I need need NEED to improve my CR by a lot. I’m probably gonna end up having to take it again next month… unfortunately.

Around 9 hours to go :)

good luck everybody!

& don’t forget your calculators (my friend did that last time…it was bad)

here’s hoping I don’t go down from last time.

Here in Australia. Finished the test a couple of hours ago. I’m so relieved. I thought it went incredibly well, and it’s my very first time too. Good luck to you all!
