What was the answer choice for the mlk question?

^^^haha us too!

thaman thats what i put. im not sure if i answered the first coolidge one, but i felt like progressive tax reform was the better choice. he clearly was opposed to high taxes, but idt that was it.

edit: wiki says he cut taxes for everyone and his presidency was during the progressive era.

but it wasn’t progressive because it favored high incomes

I thought the AP Mc was easier, but some of questions were completely random

yea i thought the coolidge one was tricky but i think the one with cutting the taxes for the wealthy was better than the one with progressive tax reform

@Tha Man, the answer was stratified economics for 2nd coolidge

Coolidge was the opposite of a progressive- progressives favor higher taxes on the wealthy, while he advocated lower taxes on the wealthy (trickle-down economics).

…what? he cut taxes for everyone. im not sure how you think that favors high incomes…

Did anyone else get like 7 C’s in a row .___.

Also for the Coolidge question, I put lessening taxes on wealthy (easier question) and then stratified economics
I missed that question on the Native Americans though…
Edit: Yeah I got a lot of C’s in a row too, I thought I was doing something wrong

He specifically mentioned cutting taxes for wealthy. Also put stratified economics

how is the awnser to the coolidge one not redistribute the wealth??

the last sentence of the excerpt basically directly stated that cutting taxes for the wealthy wouldnt help, poor would be the hurt most and something implying we should have more equal wealth.

i dont know if i misread the question or what…the question what is he implying right?

@Tha Man, 2nd coolidge was stratified economy but harmonious. And collegebound you are incorrect, it was for the wealthy and he wasnt a prog era prez

he meant that having high taxes for wealthy wouldn’t help because poor would suffer. It was like hurting those who are successful will not be beneficial or something like that.

do you remember the other answer choices
for the second coolidge question

I took this as a last minute decision (I didn’t sign up for this exam) and I’m glad I did it. It was mostly straightforward and there were only 3-4 that I really had no idea about.

yeah another was there was alot of economic difference along class lines or something…which is what i put

what was the answer for the haymarket thing? and what was the deal about american economics during the colonization era??

Harmonious but stratified society was what I put.
