<p>Guessing that the 96 avg is weighted, I'd say you have "meh" chances to get in to cornell as it is... raise the ACT to a 30+ (31-32+ would be better) and don't send those SAT 2's and I think you are in. Being a URM helps a good amount and the ALS school is easier to get into.</p>
