<p>Sorry, mebz, none of us know anything about O-levels except that Rowling spoofed them in Harry Potter. 
We don’t have O-levels in the U.S.</p>
<p>Can you tell you tell us more about how O-levels work? Are they the most important part of your permanent high school record? </p>
<p>I would consider calling the individual colleges in which you are interested and finding out about how they would consider your app.</p>
<p>B-schools: NYU is excellent although very tough to get into (you have to apply specifically to the B-school). Babson is a less competitive school with a strong business program. Other than that, I’m not sure.</p>
<p>I believe that your best chance at scholarships will be from outside organizations. Financial aid is famously tough for international students. You may be able to find some good programs from community groups or other independent sources; do some looking around.</p>
