May SAT 2011: Writing Section

no error 10 char

Oh i put smell bt that one was retarted. Didn’t get it at all.

the other ques i was unsure about was the one with woord edible,it was comparing things ,can u remember it?

Oh I remember wasn’t that something with some exotic fruit and at the end it said its skin is edible. I think I put no error for that one.

“The Meyer Lemon, a fruit native to China, is sweeter and less acidic than regular lemons, and the skin is edible too.”

I don’t think that’s it exactly. I think I choose edible, cause it doesn’t seem parallel

By the way, I love Meyer lemons, that’s how I remembered that hahah
Meyer Lemon cheesecake is banginnn

yeah i also found edible unparallel, but most of my friends chose it no error

Does anyone know which writing section was experimental? I had two 35 question sections, so it was one of them. Was it the one with the Egyptian pyramids or the other one (I can’t remember)

i hope the first writing wasn’t experimental, it was very easy

@ swimfreak001 - the first writing WAS experimental. haha.

great… there goes my writing score…

what did you guys get for the suitcase grammar question? it was section 10 like #13

Does anyone remember any of the last 4 writing questions, aka last 4 questions of the test…does anyone remember what any of them were about

I feel like I was the only one who agreed with the essay prompt. I talked about Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs and how rules and limitations correlate with safety and a feeling of belonging. Then I talked about anarchy, and then wrote another paragraph about how some contries take limitations too far (Libiya) and then I ended it saysing without rules we’d be living on a system of primal urges.

@hipsterguru - i agreed with the prompt too! haha i wrote about 1984 by george orwell and a personal experience of mine.

you’re not alone :)

BTW, what did you guys get for the suitcase grammar question? it was section 10 like #13

do u remember the question?

it was like about this girl bringing the souvenir in a suitcase worrying how it wouldn’t fit. i don’t remember the exact question ):

which writing section was expirimental?

@businessisbiznez - section 5 was experimental.

For the essay that rules contribute to happiness and i used 1984 by george orwell and brave new world by aldous huxley. Wrote a page and like 3/5, hoping for a 10 or 11 =x

I want to know which one was experimental too! I had section 2 which had something about lemons and oral tradition, and then a later section that had a question about some choosing between going to a band or concert. Unless those were the same section.

All I know for sure is that the first one was waaay harder than the other.

[edit] @xbluebearrr GODAMMIT IT ALL
