Very harsh curve...thought I aced it with a 750+ but got a 670... for M-bio...; practice tests were no match for the real deal...

Hi, I did not take the May SAT Biology but am wondering if any of you used the Barron's book and how realistic you found it to be.

May SATII for Bio, seemed really genetic orientated, more so than usual. Im taking Bio-M in June again, hoping that this test will be more balanced but who knows. Im just giving you guys a heads up.

I lurve genetics

i loved the curve... i skipped 4 and still ended up with a 750?

What prep books did you guys use that actually worked?

Real SAT IIs was good.

I know that Bio E focuses on Ecology, hence the E and that Bio M concentrates on Molecular. I've also heard that Bio E is easier than its counterpart the M, but do the colleges look favorably on either one over the other? Plus, can anyone tell me which one is easier to prepare for without the AP/Honors/Regular class? Otherwise known as not having the class.
