Maybe stupid question...but is the ap environmental exam really like this???

<a href="http://www.hpa.edu/files/pdfs/apes_practice_exam_09-10.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.hpa.edu/files/pdfs/apes_practice_exam_09-10.pdf</a></p>

That was a practice exam CB published and my god is it hard to me. I think i've only gotten around 20-30 right and THAT MAY BE PUSHING IT. I've had a pretty good class and looked through some review books and most of the stuff on here seems so foreign to me...can anyone confirm??

Yes, unfortunately that is how the APES exam looks like. Our class took the 2003 released APES exam and it is basically the same level of difficulty as that Practice Exam. So many people say that that is the easiest AP exam, but not for me.

Yep, that’s it. Harder than it may seem!

Btw, does anyone have the 2008 released exam? 1998/2003 are online, but I can’t find 2008.

I took the test last year and got a 5. I assumed I scored around 85/100 on the Multiple choice. Looking through this test, I’d guess I’d score around 65.

This practice test is harder than the 2010 AP Environmental MC. That’s all there is to it. Bump your score up around 20 points. No joke.

For example, I don’t remember there being any questions on Environmental laws last year. Also, there weren’t any random questions that required knowledge not taught in your average APES class. I thought it was simple.

If you want a good comparison, take some of the PR practice tests (Princeton Review). I found those to be analogous to the actual exam in terms of difficulty.

Good luck. PM me if you guys have anymore questions about the APES exam.
