MBA after trading

Please help me out here. I have an Engineering degree, but after graduation I wanted to try trading and I joined a prop trading firm. 1 year into the job, I feel this is not the thing for me. I have interview calls from some of the better B schools in India. Now the tough task is to convince them, and have a goal clarity on 'why MBA and what after MBA?' which I don't.All I can say is better exposure to other fields, and self development, which I am told is not good enough an inspiration. I would really appreciate suggestions along lines I could star to think to create a formidable application. My short term goal is to convert these calls.
