MBA after undergrad? Job Experience? Advise needed.

I'm finishing sophomore undergrad and I did pretty bad in school this semester I'm hoping with really good grades from now on to graduate FSU with a 3.4 gpa, I know a lot of great graduate business schools have a 3.3 undergrad average. So I'm assuming job experience is very important. Can anyone here share opinions or experiences about this. Just advice in general. (im looking into international business as a graduate). I know it's early to be thinking about this but i'm worried i might've blown it this semester. I had been thinking about the international business program at UM but i don't know where i'm standing. What are the bigger factors when applying to grad school? How long should I wait after graduating college? Thanks in advance and let me know if i should check out another forum.

It depends on what kind of grad school you are looking into.

MBA- wait at least 2-3 years after graduation
Other- varies, may be able to go right into it

In the mean time, get an internship during your summers if possible, work hard, get involved in clubs, etc.
