Let's play a game of pretend/hypothetical case shall we?

What would be the chances of someone who has

3.0-3.3 GPA range (Overall from Freshman to Senior)
Last 2 "years" (Junior+Senior terms) of GPA combined = 3.5-3.7

750-780 GMAT Score Range
Unique and diverse work experience (International Politics, Pharmaceutical corporations, Fashion/Retail store)

Almost going to graduate soon with a Bachelors of Science in a science field

Getting into a top 5 Business school for a MBA; Say MIT or Harvard?

I'm hoping the latter elements such as GMAT scores and Work experience mentioned above would eliminate the GPA issue (potentially w/ worthy recommendation letters)

Can I have all your input? And before you ask, the issue with the GPA was due to personal crisis in life/health/etc. This didn't have a workaround at all until Junior year, which things began to improve (as I've listed above)
