MC rescoring?

On the 23rd ACT (the State one, NOT the national one), I had tons of "smudge errors" (around 5 or 6). I ran out of time and couldn't really fix them. I was wondering:
-Can you rescore a state ACT test?
-I know the collegeboard site says that you need to "follow the bubbling guidelines" (aka, you can't have smudges?) when bubbling but they will rescore it. If I have a noticably darker bubble on each question will they rescore it nicely or will they count any question as incorrect w/ a smudge .. ?

Thank you .. please help!!

I am not sure what you mean by "smudge error". You can get a rescore, and they will give you credit for things like a correct answer next to a bad erasure if your intent was clear. But the optical mark recognition of the scanning machines will also distinguish between bubbles when there is a significant difference.

thank you. that's exactly what i was asking.
