Hi all, again pls pardon this usnwr issue. but i realized McCormick, an awesome engineering school, is not even in top 100.

World's Best Universities: Engineering and IT - US News and World Report

can anyone pls offer some advice? thank you! :)

definitely weird that schools ranked below Northwestern on the US engineering rankings are somehow above it now, and this is the same publication. The criteria must have changed to incorporate some international factors that NU doesn’t do well in?

That’s because this isn’t USN ranking. It’s a complete BS; University of Hong Kong (from my hometown) has very weak engineering yet it’s ranked #63.

I wasn’t aware Harvard even had engineering.

And hey, look! I found a ranking that doesn’t even have NU in the top 500 in the world:

[About the ranking](<a href=“Global Universities Ranking | How Green Is Your University?”>Global Universities Ranking | How Green Is Your University?)

Rankings are so meaningful. I’m so ashamed to be going to such a poor school.

Oh my, we should definitely freaked out about this! There couldn’t be anything more important than rankings.
