I also posted this under Georgetown.. but yeah I'm debating between the two.. so please comment!

Stern is ranked a lot higher, and if you loves other culture and loves to travel, Stern is definitely the place for you!

Go with Stern!!!
Stern is respected way better than McDonough! Also Stern will give you so many more opportunities being located in NYC than you could ever possibly have at Georgetown. I am from a Georgetown Family lol, and there are so many people there that hate the school! Oh and Georgetown Alumni are the most corny people ever they just cannot get over Georgetown like if they can get it into a conversation they will. My dad talks about his gtown days nonstop and whenever I have been on campus with him he goes out of his mind with joy. I would defintely say though McDonough is a great school but Stern is a much better school. My brother went to Gtown and got into NYU as a transfer but stayed at Gtown and regrets it so much. Also look at the differences in students NYU kids are so much cooler than Gtown kids.

Choose Stern! It’s more well-known and right in the city.

If I were you, I would go to Georgetown because as a school they are more considerate to your personal ambitions. Of course, I may be stereotyping Stern, but it seems to me that Stern and NYC has more of the “survival of the fittest” environment. Congrats anyway, both are amazing schools!!!

If you want to do something related to business, Stern really is a no-brainer. For finance you’re only topped by HPW and rivaled by the other Ivies + Ross/McIntire. For accounting, Big 4 is huge here. For everything else, the Stern brand is hard to beat. There are tons of people who don’t even know what the business program at Georgetown is called.

If you’re looking for a career in anything finance/business related this is pretty easy. STERN.
Reputation. Internships. Location. Career Prospects. Program Ranking. You can’t beat it.
