Oh btw. Didn't get any email of a decision so if I were y'all I'd check daily. I'm hoping I get a scholarship. I also applied for the entrance bursary within like two hours of being admitted so hopefully that'll show interest... If they care. Lol

my current status changed from Items Outstanding to Ready to Review
but I haven't send my mid-year yet, they only have my transcript from Junior year. Is it necessary for me to send in my mid-year?

Accepted to Faculty of Arts and Interfaculty of Arts & Science

3.8 gpa, 32 ACT, US private school

congratulations r9696

Admitted today to Faculty of Engineering (Mechanical).
Yippee!

Has anyone got the acceptance package in the mail yet? If so, how long did it take for you to get it after you got the online notification?

Accepted to faculty of science pending final results :]

Does everyone have the "pending final results" thing?

How serious are they about the final results? Do you think they are going to take ap scores into consideration? I'm going to fail the AP chemistry exam =/

Oh and I didn't get an email (yet). I just checked it randomly.

according to my counselor she sent the midyear around the first of february, assuming time it takes to travel from NC to Montreal and time they take to process, should I be worried if it still shows not received/processed on minerva?

l2oi3, it took them about a month to process my midyear report. I was really worried about it. My guidance counselor said he sent it the first week of January and it did not show up on minerva until february 11th. Mine had to go from SC ;]

my status has read "further review required" for about a month now, and it seems that mcgill JUST received/processed my mid-year report today.

any guesses as to how long i'll have to wait until i hear? :) i only applied in december, but it seems like the "further review required" implies they have already looked over my application and just wanted my mid-year grades. what do you guys think?

From the time they processed my midyears to the decision time was 2 days I believe.

I applied for a major scholarship and sent in two rec letters, but it's showing that there have been 4 letters recieved... I'm not really sure why/how. lol. I emailed them today but I just thought that was really odd...

Mine has been saying "Reviewed-Further Decision Required" for a while. AAAHHH!!!!!

Got in today with the automatic $3000 scholarship. Ain't that jim-dandy? :)

Hey guys...
I got into McGill biology and Chemical Engineering a while ago...
I have A REALLY IMPORTANT and URGENT question:
Can they rescind application if they feel that you are asking for too much financial aid?
(I have applied for Major scholarship and its still under review)
I am planning on asking for 50% aid.

Thanks guys.

mcgill wants rec letters?

If you apply for a Major Scholarship

awanderer---buy the princeton review AP book for AP chem...

I self studied for a few weeks and got a 5

that thing is a godsend

I was accepted today!! Hoorah :)

As earlier posters mention, it does appear all acceptances are "pending final results", which would imply that the university can rescind offer if one bombs second half of senior year...or something.

Also, it seems that decisions are often made with 1-2 days of posting receipt of mid-year grades.
