has anyone here who applied to the B.A. & Sc. degree program heard back yet? i heard back from the faculty of sciences but not the interfaculty program i applied to. i'm stuck on "reviewed- decision pending"

[/quote]

I got "Admitted Pending Final Results" into the BSc Phys,Earth,Math&Comp Sci as well as BSc Biol, Biomed & Life Sci. 36 on ACT, >4.0 GPA at a top school in US. 800 math SAT II, 720 chem, 730 spanish, 740 bio M. 740/690/670 math/reading/writing on SAT.

So can I get C's on my report card second semester or do I have to get B's?

wait, if it says "..pending final results" after admitted, does that mean you are more likely to be rescinded than those who have simply "admitted" on their status page

i think everyone has the "pending final results" attached..finally got my decision today too!!!

yeah i'm pretty sure no one has just "Admitted" - congrats to everyone!

humph, I still haven't heard back from the Interfaculty, B.A. & Sc. program
still says "reviewed-decision pending"... i officially hate the word "pending". mcgill likes using it way too much.

Grrrrr. I totally agree.

Woot, got in today.

New York Male
33 ACT
3.5 uw gpa w/ 9 AP's at really competitive HS
Admitted to arts under econ as presumed major

Really happy because I didnt do so hot in AP Calc (bombed the midterm) this semester.

cheers,
Mike

Same. My grades were OK first semester but I did AWFULLY in AP Calc! grrr

My stats are lower than most of the ones posted here, but I'm in IB, meaning that it's all that really matters, right?
I mean I have a good predicted score and a decent GPA.. my SAT scores aren't the best though (650/670/620 - reading/math/writing)
I have the 'reviewed - decision pending' thing as well.. is it bad that they haven't decided yet?

I can't stop thinking that I'm neither a sure yes nor a sure no with that status, so now I just have to keep on waiting.

Test scores aren't everything!
Accepted Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Science

ACT 29

SAT CR/640 M/650 W/670

Also, anyone with Community college credits, I just found out that McGill will take up to 60 which is great, not many places will do this.

I am an IB student with a predicted grade of 34 and I applied to the Faculty of Arts.
My app status is still " Further review required" but now they are asking for my mock exams?
Does that mean that I will probably get rejected? What exactly are they looking from my mocks?

^ don't worry, you may get my spot. Lol. Unless I get a big scholarship from them I can't afford it. Sad... I know.

Has anyone been accepted recently? I applied to arts and sciences in January, but my transcript didn't make it across the country until late Feb., so I think I missed the first wave. My status is still 'Ready for Review' and it's driving me insane!
