McGill chances (US High School)

You've probably heard the same messaged rehashed by people that are more than competent in making McGill.

I'm going into my Junior Year with a Sophomore Year UW: 3.25 W: 3.75. It doesn't look nice on paper alone, but I took all Honors and AP Classes, and got A's in Marketing and Management (I want to be in Management school). Next year, I'm planning to take more challenging classes. This will hopefully bring my unweighted up and my weighted higher.

I know that my unweighted is low, but does McGill even care about difficulty? Plus, I'm projected to get a 30 on the ACT.

My chances may seem bleak right now, but do you think that I have the potential to make it, and any advice in boosting my UW up?

Here re the admission standards for McGill:

[Admissions Standards - U.S. High School | Applying to Undergraduate Studies - McGill University](http://www.mcgill.ca/applying/standards/unitedstates)

You’ll need strong AP classes and scores to be competitive in addition to the basic minimum (ie., 3.75 UW GPA, A- in math from Algebra to Precalculus and in English classes)

Maybe use BYU Independent Study, where you can retake a high school class for a better grade…

Okay, if I were to do that, would McGill accept it? How would it work?
