Mcgill chances

Since mcgill only counts GPA and act this will probably be easier to chance

Act 33 (33, 30, 35, 35)
GPA sophomore and junior (3.6) bs sophomore year and as junior

Male applying to the college of arts looking for the joint program in economics and finance

McGill has a list of the admission standards for grades and test scores required for American students: [Admissions Standards - U.S. High School | Applying to Undergraduate Studies - McGill University](http://www.mcgill.ca/applying/standards/unitedstates)

They don’t seem to have an econ/finance double program on this list, but it is a really broad list (eg. grouped into departments such as Arts, Sciences and engineering) so the requirements may be a little different for specific majors depending on how popular they are.

I would say depending on what category your program ends up in your in match to high match/low reach range as your ACT score of 33 is above the minimum requirement for all programs, but some programs ask for applicants to have an A- gpa. Try to bump your gpa to at least a 3.7 and you should be fine for getting into just about any department.

Thanks for the reply. I will have all as next year and for the requirement for the faculty of arts it is a b+ average. If you look on the econ program for the faculty of arts then go to honors there is a joint econ finance program. I hope to get my gpa up there by jan 1st the deadline.
