@Armaanb According to McGill Website, Canadians receive a decisions by the end of March, latest. Your scores are pretty decent and add the fact that you are a Canadian, I think you have a good chance of getting in.
BTW, did you give the SAT/ACT? What was your score?

I’m an Indian national and was recently accepted into McGill. As you can see in my post above, my scores are quite similar to yours.

@upapilot I don’t have a SAT/ACT score as i have applied only to Canada. I contacted the universities and they said it wasn’t a requirement

@upapilot I also have applied to Desaultes Faculty of Management and i hear it is quite competitive.

Join the Facebook group for the Entering class of 2014!

(put facebook in instead of the 4 stars (****) in the link)

Can’t wait to see you all next year! :)

@Mandyrocks The link you have provided is not the OFFICIAL class of 2018 facebook page.

Here’s the official facebook page: http://tr.im/4ww8w

Got an offer from BCOM program! But the course is damn expensive $37000 just tuition fees!

Jesus Christ!!! I was rejected three days after I submitted my documents…

My A Level grades were AABB and I didn’t even submitted my SAT results.

I had 5As at the A level…but it seems like it didn’t have any effect on their decision

Thats bad man, really sorry for you! It sounds unfair though :-<

@dexter25 I’m sorry for you… Rejection is really hard. I think you should write to McGill for a reconsideration (there’s a official form for this purpose on the website). Your grades fall within the minimums for admission. You could also try giving the SAT or Subject Test (There’s a test in May) to improve your chances.

@upapilot
Of course it is not the official page. The official page is obviously a page and newly admitted students could not really meet or talk, that’s why we created a Group so we could get all together and share our experiences. It is not meant to be “official”. The page and the group are totally independent! :)

Join the group if you want to meet new people, get answers to your questions, and start making friends for next year!

<a href=“McGill Entering Class of 2014 | Facebook”>https://www.facebook.com/groups/228551474017580/

I really would love it if we could get the whole of 2014’s entering class together in the group!

Good luck to all of you, I will hopefully see you in the fall :)

Hey, everyone, my name’s Charlotte, and I’m almost certain I’m going to McGill next year! I live in Connecticut right now, but before I lived in Paris, Stockholm, Tennessee, and Alabama, in that order! I’m going to be studying theatre and psych. I’d like to participate in drama clubs, publication clubs, and outreach clubs! A little about myself - I have a dog that I’m obsessed with, I love buffalo wings and gummy candy, and I still go outside to swing. Also, my special talent is making ridiculous faces. My instagram is @charlotte_paula, and if you want to get to know me more, feel free to message me!

@mandyrocks would you kind messaging me that link? I can’t access it from my computer, but I’d love to join!

@charlottepaula The link is correct. Just replace the **** with “facebook.com” and it should work. For some reason, the forum censors facebook links.

I will probably be going to McGill too, hope to see you there! Which residences are you considering?

Hey @upapilot … My son has also been accepted at mcgill , college of engineering. Indian too… we have given res preferences but it’s a lottery system I hear. He’s really quite excited, but is still doing all his engineering entrance exams here in india. Do post any information you may hear that would help anxious moms like me :-)
