mcgill SAT II requirements?

on the site it says they require 3 SAT IIs, including english
does english mean SAT II literature or what?

SAT II writing (that's what it was when I took it)

what faculty are you talking about

They actually want three SAT II, this is in addition to the regular SAT including writing section. I think it is a bit much considering they are not sure how they will use the SAT I writing section yet, DS was really interested in McGill but after taking 2 SAT II's decided he had had enough and won' apply.

Here's a little something I didn't learn until after I had taken all the SAT IIs: McGill accepts either 1) SAT and SAT IIs or 2)ACTs. So basically you could just take one test (the ACT) in place of all the SAT tests. Of course, I don't know if that's still in affect for this coming year, but it's worth calling to ask! McGill is definitely worth applying to - I can't imagine being happier with where I am.

Spikemom--McGill accepts either (1) The old SAT I with three SAT IIs or (2) The new SAT I with two SATIIs. DS can still apply.
