<p>I've read that Canadian universities accept students almost exclusively based on test scores/grades... I have good stats (2190 SAT, 3.96 UW GPA), so would it be safe for people in my range to apply to McGill and Toronto as safeties? Seems to me a good deal, since they are both excellent schools and I won't have to worry about essays or recs. So is it really that clear cut? Good stats and you're in?</p>
