McGill transfer questions

I have a few questions for as a prospective McGill transfer

  1. Do they care about which school you are transferring from? Meaning do they give you more consideration if you came from a highly ranked school versus a lower ranked school?

  2. Do they look at your high school grades and SAT/ACT scores, or do they just look at your first year GPA

  3. What is the acceptance rate for transfers?

  4. Would an American transfer be given more consideration since they are an international student?

  5. If accepted, will there be any issue with space and being able to take the courses you want?

  6. Is it harder to be admitted as a transfer versus an incoming freshman?

hey! fellow transfer here, i was wondering if you decided to apply, and if so, have you heard back? sorry i can’t answer any of the above questions because i’m just as clueless as you :frowning:
