Any transfer students hear back from McGill? Still reading “Ready for Review”
Same here. Nothing yet. Apparently we will begin to hear in May, but past threads indicate that it can go on into the summer.
I asked on service point about a week ago they said we should hear back around june. The same day I asked my application went from ready to review to reviewed-decision pending. So i guess they got curious about my application haha. Many people from past threads and reddit have mentioned they didnt hear until july or even august. Hopefully this will not be the case though.
Last year I transferred to McGill and I didn’t hear back until mid July but they told me they could accept students up until September. Bon courage and feel free to ask me any questions.
I’m still in the same boat as all of you with the review pending. Hopefully we hear back before July but I guess it is what it is.

I got waitlisted last week to the Faculty of Arts and cannot get a good read on whether I should hold out hope or not. I just called Service Point to ask a few questions and got frustratingly blase answers.

Hey @sph2013, do you mind telling me your stats? I got wait listed as well. My GPA was kinda low. Only a 3.6.
To anybody still waiting, I got into arts 2 weeks ago with a 3.5ish gpa, so don’t lose hope!
Anyone else still waiting for arts? I’m a US college transfer.
I’ve been at ‘further review required’ for 2+ months when they asked me to upload something detailing my gaps (which I did the same day). I emailed service point over a month ago to verify that my application was complete, and never received any sort of response.
I’ve already deposited at a comparable UC, and its now only about 6 weeks until classes start, but never hearing from McGill has been disappointing to say the least… especially considering my application was originally completed in Dec '14.
