I am filling out my app for McGill University and I am not sure whether I should be applying for a BA, B.Sc. or BA&Sc. I am going into Psychology when the time comes to declare a major. I am definitely way more Arts oriented, but I'm not bad at Math and Science.

I have generally gotten A's and B's through my Math and Science courses in high school, but it hasn't been without struggle. I have taken Earth Science, Bio, Chem, Physics, Algebra, Geometry, Trig, College Statistics, and am currently taking College Pre-calc/Calc. My science classes were pretty much low/medium A's except Physics, which was low B's-medium A's. My math classes were different. Generally for each math class I started with an A, went down to low B's and eventually back to medium to low A's at the end of the year. Although I am not aware of my final average for any of these classes at the moment, I am expecting the final averages to be high B's to medium A's, but I haven't seen my transcript, yet.

I have taken Honors English throughout high school with a 98-100% average. This year I am taking College English and Regular 12English. I am the only senior this year to be doubling up in English at my high school.

My class rank is 5 and all classes are not weighted, if that makes a difference. I have consistently been in the top 10 students in my class throughout high school.

My school does not offer AP courses for advanced students, only College courses. I do not have my ACT scores yet because I am taking my ACT this month.

Basically what I am saying is it is very obvious that I would have an easier time being accepted into, and excelling in, a BA path, but I have heard that in order to do Clinical Psych, it would be more beneficial to pursue B.Sc.. Normally I would apply to both BA and B.Sc., but the BA&Sc. path sounds very appealing. I'm not sure which of the three I would have more luck being accepted into and which of the three would work better for a Clinical Psych future. Also, if B.Sc., should I be applying to "Bio, Biomed LifeSci" or "Physical, Earth, Math and CompSci"? I am assuming the first, but I just wanted to make sure. The application asks for a first choice and second choice, so if you could list in order which programs you believe I should apply to, I would greatly appreciate it.
