Hey guys
I got accepted into McMaster University for Business 1 and University of Waterloo for Environment and Business. I like both degrees. Can you guys give advice on which one I should go to considering all perspectives?
Thanks in advance

Did you get a scholarship at either one? Did you get any special perk (honors program, living learning community…)?
Are they both the same cost to you?
Look at the degree requirements, the courses should be listed clearly: which seems the most appealing to you?
I got entrance scholarships for about the same value. Waterloo has a co-op program so its cheaper. I find McMasters degree more appealing but from financial point of view Waterloo seems better. So I do not know what I should base it off because I like many aspects about McMaster.
It sounds like there’s no bad choice.
Have you visited?
Nope I havent
Do you have time to visit them? Their environment is rather different.
I will try to go later but what do you exactly mean by their environment is different? Elaboration on both the universities would help!
Waterloo skews male, mostly tech, mostly pre professional. Everyone 's really good at math regardless of major. The town is quiet. Studies are intense. It takes its ‘MIT OF CANADA’ reputation seriously. Co-op is a big part of life.
McMaster is more diversified in terms of profiles. Hamilton is a larger city with more things to do, perhaps easier to get to the us if need be (if you’re Canadian - beware visa regulations if you’re international).
So for a good balance from every aspect McMaster would be better ? Right?
it depends what major you want, what you’re like personality-wise, what your professional goals are…
Alright thanks a lot anyways
