Me or i

The friendly competition between my older sister and I began as soon as we learned that our aunt had joked that she might write a will leaving her house to me alone.

the "I" after my older sister is wrong in this senctence, it should be me? and why?

also I have two more questions if u guys don't mind

The survey showed that most shoppers who drive prefer the mall more than downtown stores simply because finding parking is less difficult at the mall.

why is less difficult wrong

and finally

Given her strong sense of social justice, burns vehemently protested over her party's failur to support a tax decrease for senior citizens.

"protested over" is wrong. should it be protested against??

The friendly competition between my older sister and I began as soon as we learned

both of the subject should agree
try to say The friendly competition between my older **she **and I began as soon as we learned - sound wrong

in addition say:
The friendly competition between I … , between I , just sound wrong

Given her strong sense of social justice, burns vehemently protested over her party’s failur to support a tax decrease for senior citizens.

“protested over” is wrong. should it be protested against?? Yes

as for
The survey showed that most shoppers who drive prefer the mall more than downtown stores simply because finding parking is less difficult at the mall.

I don’t know , does any of you guys can explain why
prefer the mall more than downtown is correct
I think it should be
prefer the mall to than downtown

^ I agree with the above - prefer the mall to downtown stores.

1)The above is kind of wrong for the first part. It should be between my sister and me because the pronoun me is in the objective case because it is the object of the preposition.
2)The above is right. it should be protested against.
3) I really don’t see the problem with less difficult. More than should defiinitely be “to” though, like the above said.
Hope that helps!
