Is anyone here on the Kosher Meal Plan and can tell me a little bit about it? Thanks.

its the same as the normal meal plan, but you can swipe more than once per meal (normally you cant get two meals between 4 and 9 for example, but with kosher you can) and you are also eligible for the shabbot dinner.

I'm not jewish, and I went on it, because its just so nifty to be able to get two dinners.

Can you only eat at the one Kosher Cafeteria? (Not can you not keep kosher but are there other kosher options). Also is there only the meals available? Can you also get the dining dollars or whatever they are called?

kosher can eat anywhere, non-kosher can eat in kosher eatery. Only difference is that you are allowed to double swipe for kosher

ugh but there isn't kosher-19 meal plan...

you wont need 19, i had 10 a week, and i was one of the few people that consistently used all 10. On weekends you'll go out for food, when you join clubs they give you free food, and most people end up skipping breakfast. 14 is the max you would need.

but the price difference between the 14 and the 19 is negligible...so if you need more than 10, go for 19, because the 14 is not economical...

yeah.. that's what I was thinking
10 meals for $3250 or 19 meals for $3500

250 difference, twice the food

Am I like the only person who used all 19 meals? I have to eat breakfast - I can't think straight if I'm hungry. I used 15 meals Monday through Friday, then ate brunch and dinner on the weekends.

So do you think I'm going to suffer by only being able to have 10 kosher meals?
