Mean SAT Math Curve

I took the PSAT in October and in the Math section I got 35 out of 38 correct, none blank. And that was a 700. Is that harsh or what?? Is that how the real SAT is, cuz that really makes me mad.

if you missed 3 on a real SAT, you would probably score somewhere around a 730 or so...at least, that's what i think it would be....actually, its more likely to be a 750 or higher, cuz my friend missed one and got a 780, i think missing two is a 770 and three would be a 750...

yeah, the curve on the real sat is a bit better since there are more questions. -3 would probably be around a 760/750, but if you missed 3 on the psat, you'd probably miss a couple more on the sat.

-3 raw score would be about 750. 3 questions wrong would be a 730.

Anybody has a copy of the October 2004 SAT test that they want to sell me ? Please send me a private message.

HighHope, why the f0ck do you post your spam crap in mutliple topics?

gigante,
Sorry if my post looks like spam to you but I was just trying to get a little more practice, so I wanted the October 2004 SAT. Again sorry, if it bothers you. You can ignore my message but please don't use bad words here.

the october psat had something like -2 730, it was extremely easy and many people scored high, that's why the "curve" was "harsh"..

Look, don't even complain people.

On the PSAT, I missed 1!!!! 1!!! freaking math problem and I got a 76 because of it.
I didn't leave any blank either!

I'm sorry, but all you ppl complaining about 3, you have no right to talk.

Sorry, but I HAD to get that off my chest.
