Mechanical Engineering: UC Davis vs. Sac State?

<p>I'm an ME major planning on attending UCD or CSUS. Which of the two has a better engineering program? I have heard CSUS is simply better for the cost, but I would like to get as much insight on my decision as possible.</p>
