Hi! I have some questions to ask!

I am High school senior (last year!)
I definitely know that I have to go to community college then transfer to UCs.

I am persuading with mechanical engineering major.

Which UCs are good for mechanical engineering? (UCLA,UCSD,UCB...)
What courses I need to take for the requirement for Mechanical Engineering? (where to look)
What community colleges have better chance for transferring to those UCs with ME? ( i live in Anaheim btw)

UCB and UCLA are great options for ME.

assist.org is your new best friend.

No community college has a better chance than another (though you may want to pick one with more resources).

Be prepared to stay three years at community college, unless you have a lot of math and science AP credit.

Thanks for reply.
About #4. Do u have to stay for 3 years. I thought it usually stay for 2 years at the most then transfer.

It's usually two years for most majors, except science and engineering majors because of all the sequential classes. For example, if you're a history major you can easily take a bunch of your prereqs in one semester but for engineering you'd have to go in this order:

Calculus 1 -> Mechanics with Lab -> Calculus 2 -> Thermodynamics -> Electricity and Magnetism

Calculus 1 -> Calculus 2 -> Calculus 3 -> Linear Algebra/Differential Equations/Discrete Mathematics

And that's just the math and physics sequence.

So basically you have to stay in community college for whole 3 years.
How many years left when you transferred to UC to get a bachelor degree?

It really does depend. You may be able to transfer out in 2.5 years, as some UCs offer winter admission. The first thing you have to do is speak with a transfer counselor once you start attending community college and plan out your two- or three-year plan.

I hope you like math and science if you plan to do engineering, because there is tons of it.

I have this scenario came up to my mind.
What happen if the community college that i attend doesn't offer the courses that i need for requirement?

Usually the UCs can't really punish you for not being able to take a class that your community college doesn't offer, so I wouldn't worry about it. I know the classes you're talking about though, and hardly any community college has them.

How many years left when you transferred to UC to get a bachelor degree?

I want to attend Cypress College btw since it close to where i live. I wanna transfer to UCLA or UCSD. Not so much of UCB since I heard it pretty hard to get in.

How many more years after getting a bachelor degree to get a Master degree?

I have in mind of persuading a Master degree since it worth while at college get the best degree out there and make much more money later on.
