I'm thinking about majoring in some kind of engineering when I go to college. Lately I've been wanting to go into physics (such as theoretical or astrophysics), but it seems like those jobs don't tend to be as secure as engineering. However, I would be very interested in learning how to build things like robots or nanotechnology. Would this fall more into mechanical or electrical engineering? I would assume mechanical, but I don't want to be too sure. Any ideas? Thanks!
