<p>What would you have to do in order to get into a med program right after high school? Would you have to do research, certain SATs, grades, etc.?</p>

<p>Other than those combined programs most medical schools require a Bachelor's degree. If they don't require that, then they do require 90 semester hours of college course work. All require the MCAT.</p>
