OK so i am starting to get nervous. I went to Drexel university for my freshman year and decided i did not want to pursue an engineering degree. I took a semester off to figure out what i wanted to do and went to a community college the following semester because i didn't yet know and didn't want to fall to far behind. I ended up staying to get a bio associates. I have 1 more semester and have decided that i want to go into medicine. i took most of my pre med science classes at Drexel but due to the fact that i was in a cramped room was my first year and was question what i was doing all the time i didn't do so good i got some C's and B's not many A's. But i have a 3.77 at the community college i am at.

My question is when i transfer should i retake some classes that i got C's in at Drexel. I am starting to shadow a doctor next month i am studying for mcat that i will take next summer. I am going to volunteer at a hospital soon. And i will try to get into an internship program and research at my next school.

I wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts and the retaking some classes and how what i have already done will weigh in on my chances of getting accepted into med school. And i live in new jersey so if anyone has a recommendations of schools i should look at to transfer to(preferably not so far for financial reasons unless it's cheaper to go somewhere farther.

Thanks
