<p>yes, true…particularly for biology. Physics and Calculus are much more variable. The simple way to avoid this is to assume that any and all medical schools want 1 year of COLLEGE gen chem, organic, physics and math. Even if you AP out of intro level courses, take a couple of extra, upper level courses with lab and you’ll satisfy the requirements.</p>
